Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. It applies to products purchase for this website.
Physical prints of our products purchased through Fine Art America are subject to Fine Art America policy.
Your returned file will be inspected for corription such that the image (photographic art) does not display as advertised at sale.
To complete your return / refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please attach your product purhcase reciept to your request return email.
Indicate in your email if you would like a replacment file, or a refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return / refund.
If your return / refund request is approved, then your replacment file or refund will be processed, and (in the case of a refund) a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Items can only be refunded for the value of the initial purhase.
